Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VESTA App, a receipt tracking and grocery insights application. By using VESTA App, users agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

Users may use VESTA App only for lawful personal or household purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity under their accounts.

User Content

Users may submit receipt images, purchase information, and related content. Users retain ownership of their content. Users grant VESTA App the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the service.

Receipt Insights

VESTA App provides organization, categorization, and informational insights based on submitted receipts. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as financial, tax, medical, nutritional, or legal advice.

Third-Party Services

VESTA App may integrate with third-party services such as authentication, payment, cloud storage, optical character recognition, and AI processing. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features, if offered, will be described in the app or store listing. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal terms may be handled by the relevant app store or payment provider.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not misuse VESTA App, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, or use VESTA App in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Service Changes

VESTA App may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms, and the effective date above will be updated when changes are posted.

Disclaimers

VESTA App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VESTA App disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VESTA App will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Termination

Users may stop using VESTA App at any time. VESTA App may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.
